Google Maps Area Calculator Tool
The following link takes you to the Google Maps Area Calculator Tool. We've just used it to calculate the paddock areas here on Ochre Arch, which is something I've been meaning to do since we completed the new fencing a couple of years ago. From what we can tell it is quite accurate, or certainly sufficiently accurate for what we need for our planned grazing calculations.
Yes ... it does give figures in both acres and hectares (the latter in square metres).
